2. What qualifications and background does your Principal Consultant have?
Our firm was founded by S. Jnatel Sims, a former Senior Attorney for the U.S. HHS OIG, who investigated cases involving federal fraud, waste and abuse authorities including the federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and the Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act (EMTALA). She defended the OIG's exclusions and negotiated and monitored dozens of Corporate Integrity Agreements during her tenure. For her work with the agency, she was awarded the Inspector General's Exceptional Achievement Award. She also has extensive experience within top healthcare managed care companies in compliance leadership roles and as an attorney.
3. Can you support our organization through a Corporate Integrity Agreement?
Yes. We provide Corporate Integrity Agreement support - from implementation through close-out. We do not serve as an Independent Review Organization.

We provide healthcare organizations with practical recommendations that are consistent with the OIG's compliance program guidance documents, the U.S. Department of Justice's Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, and the U.S. Sentencing Commission's Sentencing Guidelines.
